Yeah a few people tend to get stuck on this mission, first off, make sure you do this mission in the day time as that will obviously make your task easier, also, one of the best tactics for this mission is to try it a few times and get used to where the planes 'spawn' from, this will save you time getting them.

I would advise that you are steady with the gun and concentrare more on accuracy than speed, also a further tip, don't try to fire on planes that are to close to you and the satalites, as that will disturb your flow and result in more uncovered attacks, try to get the planes early and stick at that, also you can use your radar for quicjk ideas where to aim, don't forget the patterns these planes come in at, as you will be able to hunt them more efficiently.

Advanced tips if you are still struggling are to actually attempt this mission at night, keep practising cus occasionally it is clearer to see them at night, also, when you go back to playing it in day time, your senses on the game will be more attuned.
If you still can't get it, ask for me and I will go through the whole 3:10 with you on how to beat it.

All you have to do is try to shoot them before they get too close, and last for the time they give you. Maybe the blow up all vehicle code might work. Try it.
