All I know is that you the seeker bazooka is in the third weapon set cheat. The third weapon set cheat is R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up Left, Down, Down, Left.

After your through with torenos missions go back to his ranch.There will be both bazookas,a chain gun and a flame thrower.

There are 2 locations to get the h.s. Missle. The first is in the airport in San Fierro, it is found on the far west side. Find the 3 buildings with 3 big tanks off to the right.

The hs is between the 2 closest to the water.
THe 2nd place is in las venturas, it is in the northwest corner on the top level of an open air parking lot.

THe lot is found south of the save house in Prickle Pine and to the east of the parkway, it is in the corner closest to the interchange area.

There is a bazooka in the game just put in the third weapon cheat.
