Forget that last question what I really want to know. Down in (fisher lagoon)theres a person sitting on a wheel chair and he gets up and attacks you with a chainsaw.I heard it in GTA San Andreas forum on this web site.I checked it out many times and never seen a man on a wheelchair could anyone tell me is this even true are is it a load of trash.

I've heard you have to do it on like rainy days with hard wind, and at night, and he will be sitting there, and if you disturbe him, he will kill you. Ive heard of a lot of other placces you can do it at, but I honestly don't beleive that, it would have been in a magazine, or even tv.

There is a wheel chair on the edge of the pier, but nobody will ever be there to attack you mate, haha, don't believe anything like that unless I say so.

Any rumors whatsoever about myths like Bigfoot, Leatherface (Piggsy), UFO's...etc. Are all false and Rockstar has officialy anounced it are all false rumors...although they said that there was "something" in the woods, but that's probably to create more publicity among the fan community of GTA.

Ok i've only seen this guy once. I don't think it is leatherface but he never chased me and he doesnt even move when you shoot or throw explosives at him. So thats an awnser and a question I need to know what I saw.
