ANSWERS

I think it is unlocked after you finish all the story missions and it is in Los Santos near the trans fender

I think you can get it once you beat madd dogg's missions or once you get madd doggs mansion. Its near all the other clothes shops on the first island marked with a DS

Ok, the store is in Las Santos, it's in the far west of it, but still in the sity, not in the country, it is by one or two other clothes stores, it is on a street called Rodeo, that's as specific as I can get, sorry. Hope I helped. ATW

It's either available when you get mad doggs masion or when you finish the story missions. It's in a place called rodeo beside a victim shop
