I know this may sound dumb but WERE IS THE PILOT SCHOOL I've been looking for ages

The Pilot school is located at Vardent Meadows at the abandoned airfeild and airplane bone yard.

If there is not a red S icon on the map and map key that says school, then you are probably not far enough in the game to get to the school. You unlock the school during a mission in Las Venturas, you have to buy an airstrip. Hope I helped.

The flying school is at an old airfield near Las Venturas. It should be an S on the map. Go in the second trailer the one that doesnt touch the air.

You have to do the first mission in las venturas with THE THRUTH. After a couple
Of mission a phone will call you then press L1 then he will take you to
The poilot school located in the map of las venturas

It's in the deserts just west of Las Venturas at an old abandoned airstrip. You can only unlock it if you've played through about 60 percent of this game's missions. You're told to buy it in one of Toreno's missions.
