It is unlikley to be able to scuba dive but you will be able to swim.

You will be able to swim in the ocean and underwater, too.

Maybe even run away from the cops like that.

I don't think it's exactly scuba diving but you will be able to swim underwater in the ocean with all the fish and will have to come up for air.

You will also have a breath-o-meter.

Yes you can scuba dive and how's this for the ultimate dive go above water at the highest height in the game and jump into it doing this will not kill you

PS. For this you need a aeroplane.

You can't exactly swim but you can go underwater, so it's all good.

You can go under water but you can not scuba dive there is nothing to see anyways
