I don't think the guy at the loading screen is CJ. I don't think you can get that orange outfit.

No-I think it is Sweet, CJ's brother. It could also be some random guy but I think it is sweet and the sun makes him orange.

But you guys are wrong that is CJ,my friend Aeshma told me he found that outfit but he can't remember where so if you guys could find out what store I get that outfit I would really appriecated.

I don't think thats Cj, check all the stores especially around las venturas.
I think you'll find it or one close to it.
