Does anybody know what the cheats for spawning Hydras, Hunter Helicopters, or Quad Bikes?

ANSWERS

To Spawn a Hydra Whilst In Game:
Triangle - Triangle - Square - Circle - X - L1- L1 - Down - Up.

To Spawn Quad Bike Whilst In Game:
Left - Left -Down - Down - Up - Up - Square - Circle -Triangle - R1 - R2.

I Dont No Any Cheats For Helicopter. Hope this Helps!!

For the hydra the cheat is: Triangle, Triangle, Square, Circle, X, L1, L1, Down, Up.

For the hunter the cheat is: Circle, X, L1, Circle, Cirlcle, L1, Circle, R1, R2, L2, L1, L1.

For the quad bike do the beach party theme and if you keep looking around the city you should find a quad bike!
