ANSWERS

You should get a girlfriend in one of your missions. She is in a burning down house and you save her. She lives by the grove and when she is in you can go and visit her and take her out.

You can get a girlfriend by completing a certain mission, or by finding them somewhere around the map.

You can get a girl friend by saveing a girl from a fire on one of Tenpennys missions.
