I heard that in San Andreas you can rob peoples houses. Is that true, and if so how.

Yes you can break into people's houses. You can find black boxvilles and drive them around to their houses. There is one in each city.

After CJ and Ryder take guns from the Colonel's house you can rob houses but you need the exact same black van

Yeah you can.You have to find a black boxvilles and then you could start the stealing missions.You can only rob at night that the only time I find the truck but I could be wrong maybe you could rob day time to but anyways yes you can rob house.

You after CJ and Ryder rob this old mans house use the box truck and go in to paoples house at night and you can rob them.
