How do you get the airport license?

ANSWERS

To get a plane licence you have to go to verdant meadow aircraft graveyard, it is above the no fly zone on the map in Bone County.

after you finish all the missions in the syndicate you get a call from a mystery man (toreno) from his ranch telling you to get you butt out there asap you do a couple of his missions and his last mission he makes you go to Verdant Meadows where you buy the airstrip. Then you complete the school and boom you have your licence.

There are two ways, you can either get a plane from the Las Santos airport [put a car next to the secrity buliding and jump over unitil you get to the runway and find a plane], when you are in the plane all you need to do is fly! It takes 30-45 mins to get it so be patient!

Another long winded way of getting it is to wait until you have done the Desert stand and own the Verdant Meadows airstip [AKA Flying school], i find that way a bit unesscary but it still works, every time you complete bronze or higher you skill increases which inturn gives you the lisence.

When you start doing missions when you can go to Las Ventras you will meet a guy who is in the FBI I guess anyways then you have to do a mission when you have to pass flying school glad to help.

If you're using cheats then go to the airport and press Left, Right, L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left, Right and you will get a jetpack then fly over the wall.

If not then park a truck against the cabin where the gate is and jump over from there.

Steal a plane and fly it around for a bit. Once you get to 20% flying skill, you'll get a free license. As far as i know, going long distaces raise skill.
