Well you can fly a jet, military jet, prop planes and a jet pack.

It's in Las Venturas at your airport (once you get it).

But there's a cheat 4 the jet pack it is:
L1,R2,R1,R2,up,down,left,right,L1,L2,R1,R2,up, down,left,right

Well the cheats for san andreas is the same as vice city and the cheat for the jetpack is L1,L2,R1,R2,UP,DOWN,LEFT,RIGHT,L1,L2,R1,R2,UP,DOWN,LEFT,RIGHT

and you can fly the following planes
DODO,AT40,NEVADA,SHAMAL,RUSTLER,SKIMMER,and a army kind of plane but i forgot the name of it.

Hey kid, WARNING!!!!

My game crashed after I used 3,300 cheats. I think it's a time thing, though. Once you use even one cheat, you have maybe 1/2-1 month of playing time left to finish the game and enjoy your time before it crashes.

I played an hour a day for 1 month and then it crashed. First, I could not work out at the gym, then some car garages wouldn't open at my safe houses, then it said "Load Failed, restarting game."

My advice-don't use cheats, because now I have to beat it all over again. :(

Here are two cheats:

spawn a Hydra-triangle,triangle,square,circle,x,L1,L1,down,up Cars fly-square,down,L2,up,L1,circle,up,x,left With the cars fly cheat,your favorite cars actually fly like planes!When the car touches the ground,the flying is considered a an insane stunt jump. If you stay in the air for thirty minutes,you can get over $20,000. This is a good way of making money. Hope this helped!
