Question for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

Does anyone else think that San Andreas hasn't reached it's full potential? I think the gameplay is very good and you can do much much more e.g sky diving and such but whats up with the story line!!!!??? it's brutal. I would like to have seen more cinematics concerned with the life of the characters and Grove Street. Does anyone agree?

I think it's pretty clever really. You start off on Grove street, and end on Grove street.

Like most gangs you got some members that sell out and try to get rich as soon as the opportunity arrives, even if it means leaving their homies behind. It shows the reallity of the hood, and the consequences for cheating your crew. I think GTA did a good job of reinventing the harsh realities of the hood in a game giving the gamer the feeling of liveing an alternate lifestyle as a gangster(if you're not already). It's almost like you become CJ and leave yourself behind, kind of trippy.

San Andreas is centered around you (CJ), so you see characters through CJ's eyes. Thats why the game doesn't go into too much of other character backgrounds, or it wouldn't be as realistic as a real life experience would be. I believe thats the goal their going for in this game.

I think the next GTA game that comes out will be 10 times better than San Andreas, like it's predacecers... Peace!
