I found a patriot in a hospital parking lot in Las Venturas

There is a Pariot in the Naval Base in Eastern Basin. Drive in there and take a left. Drive to the end of the pier and there will be a patriot. Make sure you have a good gun (m4, ak, ect.) and shoot all the guards that are around. Get in the patriot and head for 1 of 3 places; Pay n spray, Your garage and save point, or the export ship. (I choose the pay and spray)

Hard way, steal one from the military. Or if you don't want to die check out easter bay chemicals just southeast of the airport (easter bay). I have from that location. It might not be there at first, just leave and come back, it will show up...eventually.

There is one in the Easter Bay Fort, near the building by the aircraft carrier, but getting it will earn you four stars. If you dont wanna use cheats, there are plenty of pay n' sprays scattered around San Fierro.

If you dont mind using cheats, enter r1,r1,r2,O,UP DOWN UP DOWN UP DOWN and export it on the ship.

There is one at the restricted base on san fierro but you will need some driving skills to get it out because as soon as you drive / walk in you get 5 stars when you get to the base turn hard left drive to the end of the road and you will see it its got a big exaust pipe up the side when you get out the fbi chase you so just try and get to the closest pay n spray hope i helped

The best place to find it is at the end of the dock next to the carrier at the Easter Basin Naval Station.
