You can't,,, unless theres a helicopter there,,, an un-occupied vehicle only stays where it is untill you enter a different zone, unless it was there in the first place,,, you can tell when you in different zone because a small piece of text appears telling you where you are,,,

So in the abandoned airbase,,, theres a stunt plane isnt there? That stunt plane will stay there and nearly every time you go back to that airbase,,, it will still be there,,,

If you take that stunt plane up to them mountains and get out of it,,, it will still stay there untill you get off of that mountain,,, and the plne will dissappear and re-appear in the abandoned airbase...
