I've just finished the mission BURNING DESIRE and I want to know if I'm close to unlocking the next Island. I also want to know how to make Denise happy when on a date so that she will ask me to you know have sex.

You are very close to going to the next Island there is about 4 missions left. also keep going on a date with denise and you will go to a dance club with her, then you will go back with her and she will ask you to go in her house for a coffee, accept and then you will have sex.
