I don't know where one is parked.

-However-

Since you are looking for one I presume you passed
the Garage missions and are loading the docks.

If so you now have access to Venturas. To get the Infernus, cruise the main Casino Strip in as expensive of a car as you can find (as in Vice City - like attracts like). It may take a few rounds (days) but eventually they should turn up cruising the strip (almost always at night or early morning).

NOTE: The Infernus in San Andreas looks nothing
like the Infernus in Vice City. It has the tailights
of a Buffalo and looks like a 'subdued' hardtop version of
the Super GT or perhaps better - it looks like a cross
between a Super GT and an Alpha.

Hope this helps.

And by the way, use the same cruising technique (preferably in a Banshee) in the exclusive suburbs north of Venturas to find the ever elusive Cheetah - man I hate those Jester's. It may take a while but eventually one will pop up.
