I can't find the import export garage and I can't find the slam van that's supposed to be underneath the Gant bridge.

ANSWERS

Rearding import/export garage.

You have to complete all four robbery missions with Cesar's cousin then both... ummm... country races. After beating Cesar's cousin and her 'new man' in the second race, you get the title to the garage. To get access to the garage and start it's missions - if I remember right - you have to pass the last mission out of Angel Pines involving the Hippy guy and his farm. Then you will move to San Fierro and the garage will
be opened up with a number of missions.

- However -

To get the remaining missions, and finish the garage
sequences and open the full import/export garage
across the street...

- You must pass all the driving tests at the driving
school down the street with a bronze medal or better -

With this achieved, a few more missions at the garage
open up and you are on you're way.
