I did a 2 player mission I found it at pershing square by the pool.

Go to the airport and park a car right beside the concrete fence and jump on over the fence and then over another fence straight ahead and there will be a plane there a dodo.

Only fly in the unlocked areas or a harrier jet comes up behind you and blast you with a missle bringing you to a quick stop. Fy around and your skills will go up and eventually a message will appear saying that you have now obtained a pilot liscense and now the man at the gate says"pilots sure are getting younger" and the gates open.

Now there is a airliner jet called the shamal and you and have that but still watch for the harrier he can bairley catch you. But its easy to dodge him now.

The pilot school is in Verdant Meadows were you have to buy an air strip. You have to take 10 challanges in order to get your license. Also, I got the jet plane, shamel, without getting my pilots license.
