I keep using my action replay max & then using San Andreas but i

Everytime I put my Action replay disc out wen I'm finished with inserting my codes in it I put it in my ps2 but after that it looks like it works but it isnt but it's just fine without it & I only activated 4 codes so can someone please tell me whats wrong with it?:(

I think it's your ARM,it might need to be fixed.
