There is no andromeda plane in san andreas the one that alexzander is on about is the AT-400 which is a lot bigger than the andromeda
On the andromeda you cannot fly it you can only play with the ramp but it is on the mission stowaway where you have to get on the back of the plane but like I said you can only play with the ramp
