My previous game accidently got deleted by my sister and on that one a had a list in eastern basin on the second island and it was a list of cars that I had to bring there and for my new one (still san andraes) and it isn't there????? Do you have 2 beat a certain mission for it. I know it's gotta be a second island mission because I never got 2 the third.

You have to finish the final mission for wangs autos, you have to steal the jester from the dockyard.
It becomes available after this.
