I have 100% on dragon history I passed survival and mission 100 and I got a rank of Z in all or then I also passed sim dragon and it also says that I got 100% completition on the skill shop.

You get them by having DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi and Tenkaichi 2 (which iswhy I don't have them), an you use disc fusion.
