I got 100% on Dragon Hirtory and Z items. All characters and all stages but I can't get the Red Shenron Wish. I always get the 50,000 zeni wish, someone pl's help.Also, how do I get Capital City? Is there such a thing because it doesn't show an empty slot when I choose battle stages.

When they mean Red Shenton's Wish is when you
Get him and use a wish,red Shenron's Wish.
Cause other than that I don't think there is a wished

Nah there isn't just the ruins or whatever. But if you see two X's it's okay only stages with Z's blocking the view are stages you need to unlock.
I think he meands to get red shenron. Coz when I sommond red shenron there wasnt a wish saying red shenron.
ya but do u know how to summon him? because on cheats it saiys you have to use red shenrons wish to unlock chi chi and she is the only character i have left till i have them all. how do i summon him?
to summon Red Shernron you have to get all of the Dragonballs and just summon shenron and then it is luck because it is a chance of summoning Regular Shenron, Red Shenron and Porunga (the namek dragon)

Just break all of the round houses in ruined city-but this HAS to be in dragon history or mission mode, idontknow if world tours have them.
You Get Dragon Balls from all difrent maps and diffrent stuff for the black star dragon balls

Btw in your case of 100% you get the dragons at random when sommon b4 you sommon save game and keep resetting till you get him I do it xD...
Redshenron wish is just like other wish but it's random and realy rare
Simple.. U cn do it lyk this..
1.Get all 7 dragonballs
2.Save game on you're memory card on you're ps2.
3.summon dragon
4. If it aint red shenron, thn restart you're system..
5.thn summon again..
All you do is go to duel settings and pock supreme ki and poof red shenron
You can't get red shenron only the white the red is to wish and green.
Just keep summoning shenron, you'll either get earth shenron, porunga(namek) or red shenron if you don't get the one you want don't save after and load and try again
What I had to do was get the dragonballs then do all the wishes from normal shenron (green and not muscly)then keep on getting the dragonballs untill he has nothin left to wish for then collect the Dragonballs again then you will get red shenron
