You can't coz it will cost you a gameshark
no you can get it go to wiisave if u really need it or go to a cheat site but u can use red dragon to unlock goku and gohan and i don't how to get the red dragon if u want to get him go to a cheat site

2.use a cheating device.(codebreaker disc, action replay, swap magic codes, )
