How you change their clthes is when you select a person numbers should appear correct if so you can change there clothes if you want 2 pick a different number :D
To change somebodys cloths you pick the character and numbers will show up once you choose the person it will show up 1 to 3 numbers and I also believe you need to unlock them this works for all systems.
