Can Radits really become a super sayian?
Can Pan become a super sayian with the item(SSJ power)?

No, I do not know where you heard that, or who it was that told you that, but Raditz cannot become a Super Sayian. He never became a Super Sayian in the series, so there is no reason for him to become a Super Sayian in the video game now is there? And as for Pan, she cannot become a Super Sayain either. I'm sorry, but there is no use for you to try and make them become Super Sayians because it is impossible for them to transform.

Sorry but he can't become super sayian and pan never got the chance to turn supersayin but someday maybe but not now the closes to a super sayian to me is Fasha try her shes a good fighter

First of all a SSJ Raditz would completely suck. Pan can't become SSJ because she is less than half saiyan. How Goku Jr. Becomes SSJ at the end of GT I don't know. Incest? Possibly. But only the five main saiyans(and their different stages(Goku mid, Goku end, Goku gt, etc.)) and Broly can become SSJ. However I think a SSJ Bardock would be awesome.
