Yo you can't bulla is not a fighter in this game in fact the only place she appers is in direct gt games no were else

Umm, are you sure that you are thinking of the right character? Because, I do not think that there is any way that you could possibly use to unlock Bulla. Bulma was not a fighter, and although Vegeta is her father, I do not think that Bulla is either. She would be a useless character. However, if you want to, you can still unlock and play as the character, Pan. In order to unlock Pan, you need to play through Dragon History mode until you unlock the GT storyline. You unlock Pan after you beat Baby Vegeta, I think. If not baby Vegeta, then try beating Omega Shenron, or Nova Shenron. Hope this helps.

I will have to agree with CHEATING-IS-GOOD, KIC, CHOASHADOW cause even though dragon ball z bt3 is a overly amazing game it's not that updated to that character I'm sure of it so very sorry YUGIOH2000. But word of advice keep askin around hopefully shes bound to b in another game.
