There is Poruaga from namek, Shenron from earth, and the Red Shenron Form the black star Dragonballs

If I remember correctly. There are exactly Three Dragons that you can choose from to get a wish, or Three granted. There is the normal Dragon from Planet Earth. There is the Big, Green Dragon from Planet Namek. The last Dragon is the Red dragon from the GT saga. Both the Red Dragon, and the normal Dragon will grant only one wish if you obtain all Seven Dragonballs. The Big Dragon however, will grant you Three wishes. Each Dragon has different wishes to be granted, so do not worry about them all having the same thing.

There are only three dragons in the game trust me I've tried over and over again to find others and no luck what-so-ever. So it's just three which is the nemick dragon,red dragon, and shenron.
