How I get my Dragons are..In Dragon History I keep repeating the board where Goku and SLUG first fights. Slug acts as if he's a bounty on this part so I charge up behind building after building useing the KoKen attack until I get a Dragon Ball.Far as I know You only Can Get 1 at a time so Repeating is going to be constant.. But when I receive a dragon ball and continue to beat Slug, the R3 push button will pop up Do Not push because it's a continue of the story..

Go to the What If Saga or Special Saga and play the stage that has the fight against Frieza as the Saiyans.Then just Dragon Rush and break the outer parts of the ship and you should get a Dragon Ball
