In the original manga Pan did not turn into a super saiyan this is only because Pan would probably look preety weird as a super saiyan

Well when it comes to the tv series she dosent get to the point of being a supersaiyan yet so they havent put it on the game. But I will recommend the 2 strongest girl players on the game(to me that is) Andriod 18 and that sayian woman who fought with king vegeta and bardock
