The first 12 times or so I couldnt either....
Go all to tell red for each character to weaken each time and for hurcule just use dynamite punch(its probably not work )but, do it until r3.Then you get vegeta and I think goku 1 more time, just do it until vegeta or goku's last time and press r3 then you will be able to use spiritbomb...an then done!

I kept doin L2+Up+Triangl With goku untell he died the I went big buu.
P.S. When doin L2+Up+Triangle Point Up with the left aniloge stick

Just try your best to dodge then power up and use L2+Triangle one of
Your two moves.
With Hurcule use his Dynamite punch to attack.
If Buu come close using one of his Hi-speed move use the Present Bomb.
Then power up all the way and use his Special.
With Vegeta it's pretty easy power up blast him with Up+Triangle.
