You keep attacking him oh!and I tryed to beet without pressing r3 whole time ,but you have to so make sure you do

When Cell is charging up fly away from him and hitt him wit some ki blast.When he is fling away from you charge up,but don't charge up all the way to max.Save the Blast charges.Then if he is coming at try to hit with a rush attack.Only hit him with ultimate blast if it's need.Then hide behind something to a point where he can't see u.Then charge up to Max if ONLY 1. He can't see and 2.u have more than 1 blast charges.Then while he is looking for you u can hit Cell.

One more thing. 1.do not I repeat DO NOT destroy plane or any thing else

Just go up to him then so your finisher if he gets max power then run. But when he has no Ki kill him with strong attacks.

This is what you do everytime you see the r3 on the sreen press it everytime you do that they will talk and then you just keep doing until you can effect him with hits

Just keep dodging do vanishings and super kamehameha and father son kamehameha
