I can't remember how to get fox mask, but I do remember how to get kid goku. You need to beat gohan with gotenks in training with gohan to unlock the what-is story called destined rivals and when you play as Goku, go to Kame's and talk to roshi and he will let you fight grandpah gohan and if you win, you unlock kid goku and master roshi's pupil, the item you need to combine with fox mask to create grandpah gohan.
