Alright I've looked at my skill list on how to turn sayin but nothing happens can anyone tell me what buttons to press

To be honest with you I had that same problem. First Check to see if you have super saiyan on that character. If you can't go into your skill list and if the transformation instructions aren't shaded it means you have the super saiyan transformation unlocked. If you play Dragon Adventure you will unlock it. In the Freiza Saga. Press the "One" button on your wii remote if you have it unlocked.
