I really need help!!!!! How do I get dragon power I have everything alredy but all I need is that item !! Please help!

Well to get Dragon Power, you have to call Porunga. To call Porunga you have to get all 7 dragon balls, and go to namek. I would reccomend using the Frieza saga to go to namek.With Porunga instead of granting 1 wish you can have 3,unlike Shenron. Sometimes Dragon Power doesn't appear though. You can't use Shenron because they both grant you completely different wishes. Another good thing about Porunga is you can wish for Master Skills, meaning you don't really need dragon power.
