Need help with that custom chracter b.s.

Ok so I went online and found all these cool character passwords that put certain characters at lv. 160. I had no problem typing in the codes but after I was done and saved them I had NO clue how to use them. Like what can you do with all those characters you create in the data center. Can you use them in dragon adventure, ultimate battle z, versus? If so, HOW CAN U LOAD THEM SO U CAN USE THEM in either of those settings??? Or is it only for only stuff? Lemme kno because having all these bad ass characters I can't use is pretty frustrating.

You can use them in practice, world tounaments, and in the dragon tower.
