To start I will give you the names of the items you need to get Grandpa Gohan: Master Roshi's pupil and Fox mask. There are 3 ways you can obtain them:

-Destined Rivals: Destined Showdown: Kami's Lookout: Beat Grandpa Gohan
-Android Saga: Cell Games Begins: Mountain Road: Survive Yamcha
-Majin Buu Saga: Two Majin Buu's: Mountain Road: Survive Yamcha
