MY ANSWER TO NAYR748
The fastiest way to beat the final aeon is to summon a aeon with break damage limit if yuna is strong enough. The other way is to use your strongest hitters overdrive but you should save them to make the final boss easier to defeat.

Ultimate Weapons

Unrated
Verified by: unverified
Bogus Report:

Ok, some people have been asking how to get the Ultimate Weapons, so listen up.

You need the Cloudy Mirror, you need this to be able to open the chests. The crest and sigil make the Ultimate Weapons stronger.

To get the Cloudy Mirror, go to the southwest part of Calm Lands on a chocobo. Press O on the feather and the chocobo will fly down below. Here, there will be an intersection. Go left and examine the sphere, you'll also see the champion chocobo. Now, go right at the intersection and ride the chocobo. The race will start, your goal is to get to the central platform ahead of the champion chocobo. You'll receive the Cloudy Mirror if you win.

You need the Celestial Mirror in order to acquire the ultimate weapons for each character but first you should have the Cloudy Mirror. Now, go to Macalania Woods. Talk to the mother and child here and they will tell you that their husband/father is missing. Go east to the next area, here go west and you'll see the guy. Tell him that his family is waiting for him

Go back to the couple and they'll tell you that their child is missing. Now from the save sphere, find a crystal path and go up, at the intersection head north and you'll find the boy. Use the Cloudy Mirror there and it will become the Celestial Mirror.

Another thing, you should know that when you initially get a weapon, it will possess nothing more than the No AP ablity, rendering it useless. You will need Crests and Sigils to maximize the power of each weapon.

· Tidus (Caladbolg) Requirements: Sun Crest, Sun Sigil You can obtain the Sun Crest from a chest at the area where you fought Yunalesca.

As for the Sigil, well... You have to endure hours after hours of annoyance and frustration. Anyway, to get it you have to race with the Chocobo Trainer in Calm Lands. You need to acheive a time of 0.0, that would mean getting 14 balloons and hitting only 1 bird, if you reach the finish line at 39 seconds or less. But it is better if you don't let any birds hit you. It is very important that you get 4 or better yet all of the balloons at the beginning of the race. As you progress however, getting the balloons will be significantly harder since it will be scattered randomly all over the track. Not to mention both the Trainer herself and the birds getting in your way. Good Luck!

Once you have both items, go to the northern area of Calm Lands and find a slope that leads below. Examine the glyph and use the Celestial Mirror there. You'll receive the Caladbolg.

· Yuna (Nirvana) Requirements: Moon Crest, Moon Sigil You can get the Moon Crest from a chest at Besaid Beach.

You'll receive the Moon Sigil from Belgemine once you beat all her Aeons in Remiem Temple.

Here's a list of all the items you'll receive from her every time you defeat each of her aeons:

Valefor » Aeon's Soul / Lightning Gem x4
Ifrit » X-Potion x30
Ixion » Chocobo Feather x10
Shiva » Mega-Potion x60
Bahamut » Flower Scepter
Yojimbo » Shadow Gem x8
Anima » Stamina Spring x60
Magus Sisters » Shining Gem x40

If you caught all the monsters in Calm Lands, the Trainer will give you a chest which requires the Celestial Mirror to open. Get the Nirvana there.

· Auron (Masamune) Requirements: Mars Crest, Mars Sigil You can get the Saturn Crest from a chest at the south most end of the Old Road. (Mi'ihen Highroad)

You will receive the Saturn Sigil from the Monster Trainer in Calm Lands once you have captured at least 1 of all the fiends from at least 10 areas.

To get the Masamune, you will need the Rusty Sword which can be found stuck in the ground to the east of the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth. Once you have all the items, go back to Mushroom Rock and examine Lord Mi'ihen's statue. Insert the Rusty Sword there and a glyph will appear, examine it and you'll receive the Masamune.

· Wakka (World Champion) Requirements: Jupiter Crest, Jupiter Sigil Go back to the Auroch's Locker Room in Luca and get the Mercury Crest from one of the lockers there.

The Mercury Sigil will appear as a prize at the Blitz Ball League once you completed all of Wakka's Reels. (Attack, Status, Aurochs)

Talk to the bartender at the Cafe in Luca. If you've won enough Blitz Ball games, you'll receive the World Champion.

· Lulu (Onion Knight) Requirements: Venus Crest, Venus Sigil The Mars Crest can be found in a chest at the Farplane, go back there once you have the airship.

The Mars Sigil will be a little harder to acquire. It will require lots of concentration and very little distraction. Now go to the Thunder Plains and try to dodge 200 consecutive lightning bolts. (I strongly recommend having the No Encounters ability here since any random battle might distract you.) Once you're done claim your prize at the Rin Travel Agency.

# of Bolts Prize
5 X-Potion x2
10 Mega-Potion x2
20 MP Sphere x2
50 Strength Sphere x3
100 HP Sphere x3
150 Megalixir x4
200 Mars Sigil

You can get the Onion Knight from a chest that is underwater outside Baaj Temple.

· Rikku (Godhand) Requirements: Mercury Crest, Mercury Sigil You'll find the Venus Crest in a chest that is within a whirlpool at Bikanel Island.

You need to complete the Cactuar Village side quest to get the Venus Crest. This event is triggered once you examine the cactuar stone located somewhere in Bikanel Island. (I don't know the exact location) You have to find all 10 cactuars to gain access to the area blocked by the sandstorm. Here's a list of the 10 Cactuars.

1st Cactuar: Tomay
Clue: Tomay's gone to fetch water.
Location: Oasis
Time Limit: 10 seconds

2nd Cactuar: Rovivea
Clue: Rovivea's gone walkabout
Location: Running around to the west of Sanubia Desert East
Time Limit: 13 seconds

3rd Cactuar: Chava
Clue: Little Chava likes big numbers.
Location: 20% off sign post at Sanubia Desert West
Time Limit: 13 seconds

4th & 5th Cactuar: Alek & Aloja
Clue: Alek & Aloja play tag in the ruins of men.
Location: From the save sphere at Sanubia Desert Central, go west to the ruins.
Time Limit: 13 seconds.

6th Cactuar: Vachella
Clue: Vachella seeks the shining blue.
Location: Examine the save sphere at Sanubia Desert East.
Time Limit: 14 seconds

7th Cactuar: Robeya
Clue: Robeya's stuck inside.
Location: Southwest area of Sanubia Desert Central, look for a treasure chest near the wire fence.
Time Limit: 14 seconds

8th Cactuar: Isrra
Clue: The lord of the hole is gone, Isrra thinks.
Location: Check among the whirlpools at Sanubia Desert West (he appears randomly.)
Time Limit: 15 seconds

9th Cactuar: Elio
Clue: Much curious, Elio has left on a journey.
Location: He's at the airship, go all the way back to the Oasis and watch a scene where Elio teleports into the airship. Find him on the Deck
Time Limit: 11 seconds

10th Cactuar: Flaile
Clue: Flaile is always behind.
Location: Just put Elio's sphere into the stone and he'll show up automatically.
Time Limit: 13 seconds If you managed to find all 10 cactuars the sandstorm that once blocked your path will disappear. You can now go that area and get the Venus Sigil from a chest there. To get the Godhand, go to Mushroom Rock (the one that was unlocked by the GODHAND password) and use the Celestial Mirror to open the treasure chest.

· Kimahri (Spirit Lance) Requirements: Saturn Crest, Saturn Sigil The Jupiter Crest can be found in a chest situated behind one of the pillars at Gagazet Prominence. (where you fought Seymour Flux)

For the Jupiter Sigil you need to catch 7 blue butterflies at Macalania Woods.

To get the Spirit Lance, go to the Thunder Plains and examine 3 Cactuar Stones there with the SQUARE button. A Ghost Cactuar will appear. Now go to Thunder Plains South, then a bit northeast from the save sphere. When you see a fallen lightning rod tower examine it with the SQUARE button to receive the weapon.
Note: Once you have all the weapons and the necessary crests and sigils, go to Macalania Woods and examine one of the white orbs there to complete the ritual and maximize the power of the weapons.

Seymour on gagazet

Bogus Report:

Beating Seymour on Mt. Gagazet: First have kimahri's overdrive gauge up before getting into battle, once fighting use kimahri's overdrive mighty guard (which you can get from biran). Now he should not be able to kill you with total annialation or cross cleave but make sure you use mighty guard on yuna, kimahri and tidus because yuna can heal and the other 2 can use talk to get their strength up. Get yuna's overdrive up and summon bahumut. Use bahumut's overdrive mega flare. This should take about 10-12k off. Then just keep attacking with tidus and kimahri. (Make sure you kill his other part twice or he will use dispel)

Fast Gil & Spheres

Unrated
Verified by: unverified
Bogus Report:

Ok, for those worrying on how to get money or spheres I have a very easy and simple way.

To do this you need to at least hit 20k+ or if not use an aeon.
Go to the Omega Dungeon and wait for a monster called 'Zaurus' to appear. Next to him he has a chest, steal from it and if it's empty a 'Mimic' will appear. He has about 15k HP. Kill him and your reward is 50k Gil. To make this better catch all the monsters in the Omega Dungeon and you will be rewarded with a 'Designers Wallet'. Customise a Weapon with an Ability called 'Gillionare'. This will multiply you earned Gil x2. So instead of 50k it's 100k :D!

Now, if you ran out of Spheres go to the Arena and fight 'Kottos'. He's kind of hard to beat so make sure you have Auto-Pheonix and loads of Damage. He will counter to anything, even if you steal so beware.Hit him with the desired sphere need (Extract Speed, Extract Power etc....) or throw him a Power Distiller or the kind you need. He normally drops 40x Healing Spring but in the International/PAL version if you do as I said in the above he will drop 40x the skill/item you used. If you get only two, though luck, you lost two Dark Matters.

Beat yu-yevon the really easy way and Evrae Altana too...

Unrated
Verified by: unverified
Bogus Report:

This strategy will work.

YU-YEVON

Have yuna summon her aeons one after the other and defeat them(you have to do this anyway)

You need not worry about reviving your fallen comrades as they all enjoy the benefit of 'Auto-life'

It also does not matter who you have in the squad at this time either, but one person with the ability to inflict the zombie status.
inflict this on yu-yevon(may take a few attempts) then put throw an elixir, megalixir, phoenix down, mega phoenix at him or just cast full life.

And he goes down a lot quicker

My mate showed me this and it really does work!!

Evrae Altana...

This is the easiest boss in the entire game

You fight this battle with rikku wakka and tidus
you can defeat Altana in 2 hits!! Seriously

Evrae Altana is in a constant state of 'zombie'
His HP is around 16000-16500
A phoenix down will damage half of this amount and the last one will kill it and put it into 'overkill'

Which in turn gives you a rather tasty 8700AP instead of the 5800AP if not in overkill

Blitball Hints

Bogus Report:

If you managed to pass the Jecht Shot Challange on the SS Winno on your way to Luca Tidus may eventually learn Jecht Shot 2 which is the best tecnique in Blitzball. He can lean it after he reaches level 16 and the probability of him learning it corresponds to his level e.g at level 16 he has a 16% chace of learning it at level 50 he has a 50% chance etc.

You can recruit Wakka to your team once you have the airchip after defeating yunaleaca and his salary is 0 gil so he is a free addition to your team. Wakka can learn a shot calles Aurochs Spirit which will add the shot power of all the ORIGIONAL AUROCHS together with Wakka's (Datto, Letty, Jassu, Botta and Keepa) as long as they are in your team. Wakka can learn this technigh once he has achived level 11 and like tidus the probability of him learnin it corresponds to his level.

Also if you have a good lead try and pass the ball between your players as each pass earns a little exp and special passes (Wither, Venom, Nap pass etc) earn extra Exp especially useful to help low level players get better.

Many Hints for FFX

10
Verified by: unverified
Bogus Report:

The best weapons are:

Tidus
Caladbolg - Win a Catcher Chocobo Race and then go to the slope. The guard should be gone and you can get Caladbolg by examining the glyph.

Sun Crest - Go down the stairs in the dome after defeating Yunalesca. You will reach another room and it should be in a chest. (You should get it before leaving the dome otherwise you must fight Dark Bahamut first!)

Sun Sigil - Complete the Catcher Chocobo Race in a total time of under 0 seconds.

Wakka

World Champion - Talk to the woman at the counter in the cafe. You need to either get 1st place in a tournament, at least 3rd place in a league or get 100 victories at blitzball (the first tournament in Luca does not count!)

Jupiter Crest - In a locker in the locker room.

Jupiter Sigil - You must first win a tournament and get Attack Reels, then win 250 fights against fiends, then win a league and get the Status Reels, then win 450 fights against fiends, then win a tournament and get the Aurochs Reels, then win the subsequent league and get the Jupiter Sigil!

Lulu

Onion Knight - Dive down after beating Geosgaeno and before gaining Anima.

Venus Crest - Visit the Farplane after you have possession of the airship and it is located in a chest.

Venus Sigil - Dodge 200 consecutive lightning strikes and then it is in a chest outside Rin's travel agency. (Be aware of Dark Ixion!)

Yuna

Nirvana - Capture one of each of the monsters in the Calm Lands.

Moon Crest - Swim across the Besaid Sea and it is in a chest.

Moon Sigil - Gather all eight aeons and defeat all of Belgemine's aeons in Remiem Temple, then send her to the Farplane. (YOU MUST get the item from Bevelle while you are there, otherwise you will be unable to obtain Anima and therefore unable to obtain the Moon Sigil!)

Kimahri

Spirit Lance - Activate three Qactuar Stones then follow the ghost across the Thunder Plains until it stops by a lightning tower. A chest will appear housing the weapon.

Saturn Crest - Located on Mt. Gagazet shortly after your battle with Seymour Flux and Mortiorchis.

Saturn Sigil - Master the Butterfly Hunt in Macalania Woods after gaining possession of the airship.

Auron

Masamune - Bring the Rusty Sword from the Calm Lands Gorge to the statue of Lord Mi'ihen on Mushroom Rock Road. (Be careful - the Dark Magus Sisters lurk on Mushroom Rock Road!)

Mars Crest - At the end of the Mi'ihen Oldroad.

Mars Sigil - Generate a total of 10 monsters at the Species or Area Conquests in the Monster Arena.

Rikku

Godhand - Type in the password "GODHAND" on the airship and find it in a chest.

Mercury Crest - Sanubia Desert West in a chest.

Mercury Sigil - Return to Sanubia Desert after gaining possession of the airship and complete the "Valley of the Cactuars" mini-game. The Sigil will be located in a chest when the sandstorm has died down.

You need the Celestial Mirror to gain these. First, get the Cloudy Mirror by winning a Chocobo Race at Remiem Temple, then return to Macalania and speak to the family. After a series of events, find the child on the shimmering path and examine the plant thing. It will be changed into the Celestial Mirror. Then, as you get the parts for your weapons, you must examine the plant thing to power them up.

Your best armor abilities are:

Break HP Limit,
Ribbon,
Auto-Haste,
Auto-Protect, Auto-Phoenix, Auto-Med, or Auto-Regen.

The Dark Aeons are located:

Dark Valefor: Besaid Village - 800thousand HP
Dark Ifrit: Al Bhed Home - 1.4million HP
Dark Ixion: Thunder Plains (MUST BE FOUGHT TWICE!) - 1.2million HP

Bogus Report:

To obtain the mars crest you must swim out a bit in the ocean on Besaid. Next you should come to a little cove with a chest open it and you get the moon crest.

Kimhari's skill ( for expert sphere only)

Kimahri have alot of ways he can go heres a list

Yuna's path: Whats good - you can heal and life youself when yuna is at bevelle
Also helps to have to healers... Once high enough he goes into lulu path
whats bad - when fighting his brother you might have trouble beating him but the trick is to lancet them and when you learn a new move your gauge goes full and then use overdrives like flame something and it deals 9999 since you have high magic.

Lulu's path: whats good - you can learn black magic which is very useful because you can learn doublecast and has good magic def
whats bad - low defence and attack (same as yunas path)
****these paths is either way good because they cross over once they learn full life and holy but I suggest yuna's path only because you lose her and you became healess****

Rikkus path: whats good - you can steal from monsters faster instead of keeping rikku on the field meaning less switching and may use "use" to heal with al bhed pots
whats bad - you basically become useless because you have low atk plus no good attack moves and no spells to cast.

Wakkas path: whats good - means you have good accurcy and can kill flying fiends fast and can use dark sleep and slience attack also laster in game you do quite alot of damage.
whats bad - nothing really! Add peicing if you like (consumes 1 lvl 2 sphere)

Tidus's path: whats good - you can haste and slow enemies and you have quite good speed
whats bad - I found that tidus's path doesnt have as good attack as wakkas but tidus's path you can learn quick hit

Aurons path: whats good - "WOW" high assss strength, good defence and with tat you can kill monsters 1 hit (onces you reach the lvl 3 sphere bloackage after learning sentiel you can do over 5-7k damage and with auron you can do about 8-9k!**only reason is auron has good strength at the start)

AND THATS IT! I hope i've helped you decide how to go with your kimahri but again when you recieve you're return sphere you can always go back t the beginning and go with a new path

Bogus Report:

In the Omega dungeon, you may ( probably ) will come acroos a chest in battle. My advice: Don't steal from it! Use Mug instead... Assuming you have it of course. Which you should by this time. If you do steal from it, it might be just a mega potion or something or it might be a Mimic, W
