Here is somthing I didnt expect, when you recieved black Magic spheres after battle, in which your allies can use, once Lulu has activated it, keep hold of them until lulu obtains the Firaga, Wateraga, etc then get Yuna to learn those black magic spheres an test yuna in battle with black magic.
