Yes, it is possible. Gives you a nice 100,000 bounty bonus as well. I immobilized him accidentally. You know those big jeeps (Rhino's I think they're called) that do kamikaze runs, I swerved to avoid one of them and they took out Cross for me. Shameful of him, getting taken out by his own team.

You can immobolize but he will come back again as it will restart from the position where he was immobolized
