they can be gotten randomly from the three "?" markers on the left. usually gotten by luck.

See the pink slips are those that if one loses a race he has to give away the the car so in need for speed most wanted the racers car will be urs if you get a pink slip from the markers. And usually you can select no.1 and no.2 marker for pink slip

Ok so when you beat the black list rival it will let you choose 2 markers theres going to be 2 markers for parts and 3 will have question marks on them one of the question mark marker will have the pink slip if you choose it congarst you get the rivals car!
