I'd say have at least a 2.0 GHz processor (dual-core or single core, it doesn't matter), 512MB RAM (256MB is minimum but a 512 will give you smoother performance), and a good graphics card (one with dedicated RAM is better. Graphics accelerators can be used but you have to turn the detail down). And you need 3 or 4 GB free hard drive space.

1.5 GHz processor,256 MB RAM, You need not put graphic card to run this game. But this is the most minimum requirement that I can suggest.I hope you are benefitted from my answer.Have fun playing the game!
