Ok I've clerified with a bunch of people that preciousprotection and aspirine can be used to get 100% but can anyone please tell me if any other cheats that can be used like leavemealone or spawning things?

There are spawning cheats but I don't know about that leavemealone thing.

Look, I now cheats to spawn cars and weapons.The weapon cheats are 3 1- nuttertools
2- thugstools
And 3- professionaltools (trust me, this is the best weapon tier off all)
If you want a car faster than Infernus or Cheetah, you can put these 3:

1- For a Sabre Turbo is : gettherefast
2- For a Hotring Racer is : getthereamazinglyfast (this car can also be found at Sunshine auto room after you do all the assets)
And 3- For a Bloodring Banger : gettherequickly

leavemealone is the cheat to lower your wanted level all the way

iwantitpaintedblack is a for-fun cheat that makes every vehicle black. Of course, you have to move to around the area to see the effect.
