Is it possable to get a chopper?

ANSWERS

The closest thing to a chopper is are the motorbikes called Freeway and Angel. To get and Angel, go to Downtown. Then, go to the most Southern Part of Downtown nearest Little Haiti. Then, facing Downtown, go the street straight ahead of you on the right side. Follow the road (it turns right as you follow it) until you reach a bike shop-type place on the right side of the road. In front of that place, there will be 2-3 motorbikes with Red, White, and Blue colors (American Flag colors). Those are the ones you want.

To get the motorbike called Freeway, ride around any part of Downtown or Vice Point until one appears.

Chopper Helicopters are called Sparrows.

Sparrows spawn in lots of places: 1.) on top of some small building in Little Haiti, 2.) in a backyard of some big white houses in Vice Point (near a Hidden Package), but I feel that the most popular place to get a Sparrow is- 3.) up some stairs in Downtown:

To get the sparrow that's in Downtown go to the place where you get the Biker missions. Now, follow the street going North from the Biker Bar place. after you pass the first intersection, slow down. Keep riding North but look to your left. Once you get passed some building, some stairs going up will then appear. Go all the way up those two small sets of stairs and you will be on top of a building (where you do a mission, I forgot what it was called). Look West and you will see a Sparrow helicopter.

Yes you can get a chopper and sometimes when you buy your place there might be an chopper there.

You have to get on the second island.
