Well if you have completed the story line then get evrything that is hidden. If not then look for an icon on the mini map.

The last mission is to kill Lance n Sonny in the Versetti Estate @ star fish islands. If you had done that then there are no more mission left.collect all 100 hidden packages n 36 rampages n also complete all sub-missions such as racing,hotring,vigilante,taxi,ambulance,fire,sparrow,insane jump,pizza etc to get 100% in progression.
