In your Controller Setup menu, look for the "Turret + Lean up" function. That button, whatever it's set to, will raise the nose of your plane when pressed. But be careful not to stall. If however, you've stalled so hard that it's impossible to lower you plane's nose, keep pressing whatever button it was to raise your plane's nose and with a little luck, you might do a loop-de-loop!
