Go to the places that aint marked in green and start shooting gangs until you start a gang war

You need to kill 3 enemy gang members in an enemy territory,,, but don't kill them in a car or bike or whatever because it wont start the gang war,,,
Remember, get a few of your own gang members to help you on the first few around grove ST...

Just kill 3 or more gang members in an enemy territory marked with blue or yellow.now you have provoked a gang war
