Can some one tell me how to modifie vehicles in san fierro in Ocean Flats. Plz
I need to plz. And can somone tell me the gravity cheats. Plz and ty.

Well, you can modify gravity in the regular GTA SA with some sort of a cheat device. As for modding your cars you can go to a wrench symbol on your map and pay some money to mod your cars the way you want.
