This whole "100%" download is false.
Unless you legally own the disk, you won't have the ability to manipulate and load the save file.
But it is relatively easy if you think about it.
If you were to put the "save" file in the folder in the main folders of GTA, then it may be possible, but as far as the "100%" thing, yeah, I'm not looking to positive on it.

Go in your profile folder or something like save games and then put the file in it should tell you which file to put in in the readme file with it so put it there then when you start you have it note I only did this on vice city I'm just seeing if it still works like that

You should say I had the best answer it obviously true that theres a 100 completed savegame I've even got one myself
